Rewerts performed a comprehensive structural investigation to determine the causes of the collapse of a major portion of this six-story historic masonry and timber framed building in downtown St. Louis. The building was under renovation and a large portion of the interior framing had been removed at the time of the collapse, which occurred in a severe thunderstorm. Project included working providing detailed litigation assistance to attorneys representing the insurance company.
