Mr. Rewerts has practiced in the field of structural engineering for over forty years.  His current independent consulting practice has been dedicated over the past 15 years to solving construction problems of a particularly troublesome and difficult nature.  His unique and diverse background includes substantial experience with a number of the nation's most prominent engineering firms practicing in the field of forensic structural engineering and architecture, as well as restoration.

Rewerts has extensive and diverse experience working with legal teams and insurance firms in the resolution of construction disputes and major insurance claims.

His restoration practice focuses on vintage and historic structures, with particular focus on natural stone, architectural terra cotta, brick,concrete, and architectural cast stone cladding systems.
