Rewerts served as Structural Engineer of Record for the complete exterior restoration of this 21-story residential building overlooking the historic Country Club Plaza in Kansas CIty. Work included comprehensive repairs to the cantilevered concrete balcony slabs and exposed concrete beams and columns, and extensive repairs to the exterior brick masonry cladding.
