Rewerts performed a comprehensive hands on inspection of the entire exterior brick and architectural terra cotta cladding system on this 19-story, 1913 era building in downtown Chicago. This was followed by preparation of comprehensive plans and specifications for the restoration of the facade, and field observation services during that work.
