Comprehensive investigation to determine the existing condition of this 1890 vintage masonry, concrete and iron brewery building, located on the bank of the Mississippi River, for developers planning to convert it to residential use. Involved extensive field investigation of existing concrete and iron floor systems, and the exterior masonry facade. Included removal and laboratory testing of concrete samples.
