Investigation into the causes of extensive cracking of the concrete roof slab, and associated failures of the waterproofing membrane on the underground parking garage at this housing complex in suburban Chicago. Included providing extensive structural engineering litigation support services to assist the attorneys working for the Owners of this complex, who filed suit against the designers and the Contractor who were involved in the original design and construction of the garage.
