Performed a comprehensive engineering evaluation to determine and document the condition of the existing concrete balconies and parking structure in this vintage, late 1950's era mid-rise residential complex.  Project also included preparation of a detailed set of plans and specifications for the long-term repair of the severely deteriorated exterior balconies on the building.
