Litigation involving construction and design problems with the construction of a large addition to the Notre Dame Stadium, in South Bend, IN.  Included project management of a team of engineers performing an extensive structural engineering peer review of Notre Dame’s structural engineering consultants’ work, and participation in a large Mediation Session involving all parties.  Claim value was approximately $18,000,000.   Case was successfully resolved for our client.   Work was performed while employed with Construction Technology Laboratories, Inc.
