Investigation of extreme differential settlement of the ground and the four pile-supported structures in this 21-acre bus maintenance facility, for the City of Memphis.  Included comprehensive structural engineering, field investigations, structural monitoring, preparation of a recommended repair program, and comprehensive litigation support services to assist the attorneys working for the City of Memphis.  The City filed a $25 million lawsuit against the original design team and the original Contractors who designed and constructed the complex.  Included giving a deposition and providing extensive support to the attorneys during the trial.  The case was eventually successfully settled before the conclusion of the trial.  All structures in this project were structural steel framed.
