Working as a consultant to Madsen, Kneppers & Associates, Inc., we performed structural engineering investigations to assess the nature and extent of serious damage caused by ocean surge, wave action, and wind during the passage of Hurricane Katrina, in New Orleans, Gulfport and BIloxi, MS.
